“We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation on the wonderful training job Anisa has done with our daughter.

In the past our daughter wanted nothing to do with any form of “exercising” she would throw major attitude at both me and my husband if we even mentioned going on a short walk. We like to be pretty active whenever we are out of town but would, more times than not, leave our daughter in the room because of the attitude.

Well that has changed since Anisa started training her. We really noticed this change when we were in Maui over spring break. In the past, we would go out for walks and we would have to force our daughter to go with us and then after she finally agreed, she would lag behind quite a distance. But this trip to Maui was so different and so much fun because she really enjoyed and wanted to go for walks and we even did a short hike to a cool waterfall.

Our daughter has gotten strong not only with her core but also with her confidence. She actually wants to exercise and does some of the moves Anisa has taught her when she thinks nobody is watching her. We love that she seems to be developing that desire to be healthier and do something good for her body.

You make the training fun by gearing it towards one of her favorite movies so she is always excited to see what new exercise themed move you have next. “My name is Deni Jo, I was athletic before having two C-Sections and gaining a substantial amount of weight with each pregnancy. I used to be an avid runner who ran for peace of mind and overall health.
